Event Page Individual web page has been set up for each activity event. Event specific details and registration particulars are included there. Some events require advance payment for seat reservation while online enrollment only would be good enough for others.
Contact Info For easy identification and efficient communications, name of old boy, HKCEE year and contact email are mandatory for registration. HKCEE is the projected year of F.5 graduation. Please use format John Doe (1932) during registration. For teachers and staff, both former and current, please use format John Doe (staff). For guests, please use format Jane Doe and enter name of affiliated old boy aand his contact email. This helps identify pairing and reduce future email communications.
Traditional Payment For those who prefer traditional way of mailing payment, please download the registration form you need from the links beneath this line and send the completed form with your payment according to instructions printed on the form. Registration form in pdf format
Online Payment We accept online payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments. You can pay directly from your credit card by selecting the "Don't have a PayPal account" option. Click here to see a sanpshot of the payment page and find out where you can select this option.
Once your PayPal transaction is complete, you will be brought back to this site on a temporary receipt page showing details of your transaction. A separate email will also be sent to you with your official receipt.
Shopping Cart A shopping cart has been installed for your convenience. This shopping cart allows you to enter as many registration entries as you like before making one payment for all. Whenever you want to register an event for yourself or your guest, fill in the respective form either on this registration page or on the corresponding activity page. Once the form is completed, your entry will be put to the cart by clicking the "add to cart" button. This process can be repeated for many persons and activities in as many days as you want as long as you are using the same computer. Clicking the "view cart" button will bring you to the cart where you can remove or modify an entry and make payment.
